Dr. Thais de Lima Silva

Dr Thais Silva holds a BSc and a MSc in Physics from the Federal University of Goiás, Brazil, obtained in 2014 and 2016, respectively. In 2020, she got a Ph.D in experimental Quantum Optics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she also started working with quantum algorithms, spending 2 years as a postdoctoral researcher. She joined TII in 2022. Her focus is on quantum algorithms for near-term quantum devices.
