Juan Cereijo

Juan Cereijo received a bachelor’s degree in physics from the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela in Spain in 2021. He completed his master’s degree in Quantum Science and Technology in 2022 at Universitat de Barcelona, where he researched variational quantum algorithms for adiabatic quantum computing during his internship at Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech. Juan Cereijo enrolled in the University of Barcelona as a PhD candidate in September 2023, and has been Associate Researcher at QRC since January 2022. He is researching quantum algorithms and applications aimed at near-term quantum devices alongside the development of the Qibo framework.
