Dr. Sébastien Lalléchère
Dr Sébastien Lalléchère is a Member of the Board of Advisors of the Directed Energy Research Center (DERC) at the Technology Innovation Institute, a cutting-edge UAE-based scientific research center. In this capacity, he provides expert guidance on pioneering research in high-energy physics.
Dr Sébastien Lalléchère is also Associate Professor at the Université Clermont Auvergne in France. His research interests include electronics/ electromagnetics, electromagnetic compatibility, microwave engineering, electromagnetic fields, antennas and propagation.
Earlier, he joined UBP, Clermont-Ferrand (France) as Associate Professor. He is also a member of the Institut Pascal laboratory. He is actively involved in research projects focused on antennas, RF and EMC. He has mentored three PhD students.
Previously, he served as a research engineer at LASMEA, as part of a grant from the French National Research Agency (ANR) program CISSSI, focusing on intensive computational methods for electronics.
In an earlier role, he was Deputy Officer of French URSI E "EM environment and interferences", and is currently Head of this commission. He is an elected member of French National Council for University (CNU) for electrical engineering for the period 2015-2023, and is also a member of IEEE societies (EMC, MTT, AP).
He has received the French HDR in electronics/ electromagnetics from Université Clermont Auvergne.
Dr Lalléchère has authored and co-authored more than 120 papers published in international peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
Dr Sébastien Lalléchère holds a PhD in computational modeling and electronics/ electromagnetics from Université Blaise Pascal in Clermont-Ferrand, France.
